Bloganuary Day 13

The title of my blog includes the word adventure so one must assume I love a good road trip and have been on many. However, one specific memory that pops up when I think about this prompt is a trip we took when I was a kid. We were in the desert. It may have been Death Valley but I don’t remember specifically except that it was the desert. My mom woke me and my sister up so we could go outside and watch the sunrise. The colors waking up over that vast land have stayed with me to this day!
