Favorite album

What’s your all-time favorite album?

Record,  cassette, CD, MP3, Steaming, Record…

And the world goes around and around.

When I was a kid the first album I bought was U2’s Joshua Tree to play on my actual record player.

When I was in college and a rooms keeper my favorite cassette to play on my walkman while cleaning rooms was the Forest Gump soundtrack. I was part of the Columbia CD club though so at that point I was starting to accumulate CDS.

When we moved across country I burned multiple mixes from all of my CDs to listen to on our way.

I spent a lot of time listening to The Wonder Pets, Hannah Montana, Veggie tales, and the Wicked soundtrack when my kids were little.

My husband’s bands CDs have always been on high rotation through the years: Something Meaningless Under the Sun( that was a tape), Houseblend, Daily Planet, and Salient.

These days with streaming my Spotify Daylist is usually titled 90’s Rock Tailgate, Folksy evening, or Angsty something afternoon.

I love music so my favorite album has changed with me over the years!
