Y’all Listen Up

What’s something you believe everyone should know.

Sometimes the world doesn’t listen

There is no common sense

But if you were to surround yourself

With people who know more than you

You’d be much better off

A couple of things I think you should know

Cars come with blinkers

they aren’t optional

Crossing the street in the dark

Dressed all in dark clothing

Not in a crosswalk

Will lead to your demise

You can follow a recipe

It just takes a little practice

Being kind to others is free

Life is meant to be lived

So get out there and live it

Just cross the street in the crosswalk
